Raising money for the Prisoners’ Legal Service

Join quizmasters Stephen Keim SC and Sam Lane in a night of fundraising trivia that is not to be missed! With the unique combination of students and professionals at every table, the Annual Fundraising Trivia is an opportunity to network with likeminded people in a relaxed environment while also raising money for the incredible Prisoners’ Legal Service.

PLS provides vulnerable prisoners with advice and representation on the complex legal issues which arise in custody. These issues relate to prison conditions, such as the practice of prolonged solitary confinement, excessive use of force and parole decisions that impact an individual’s liberty.

Where: QLS Conference Room – Law Society House, Level 2, 179 Ann Street, Brisbane
When: Thursday, 17th October – 5:30pm for a 6pm start
